ACT manages the delivery, installation and deployment of large-scale, complex systems. Our clients include financial service firms, Federal agencies and telecom companies who purchase these systems, as well as the IT firms who develop integrated systems for these industries. Both buyers and sellers of large-scale systems employ our services because we incorporate independent verification and validation (IV&V) into our implementation processes. This heightens the success of, and helps to contain the costs of implementation. In some instances ACT provides end-to-end solution implementation, such as turnkey wireless or mobile systems, computer refresh, or accounting and financial system migrations.
